“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”
For thirty years, I have built my career on a single principle: every individual, company, and government agency I represent deserves unwavering advocacy—and a fair hearing before a judge who knows the law, respects the process, and understands the community.
A MESSAGE TO THE VOTERS OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY
Today, I am announcing my candidacy for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Montgomery County. Across three decades of practice, I have served as lead counsel in more than one hundred criminal and civil jury trials, at both the state and federal levels. I have seen the courtroom from every side — as a prosecutor, as a defense lawyer, and as a citizen who believes the courts belong to the people they serve.
I am running because Montgomery County deserves judges who bring real trial experience, an even temperament, and a genuine connection to this community. I bring all three — and I am asking for your support and your vote.
THREE KEYS TO JUSTICE
Three Keys to the Bench
A judge’s decisions reach into the most consequential moments of people’s lives — families, homes, businesses, and liberty itself. These three keys are the foundation of every right decision a judge makes.
Fairness
A judge must give every party — powerful or not — a genuine, even hearing. Fairness is not a slogan; it is a discipline built over years of listening carefully and ruling without favor.
Experience
The courtroom rewards those who have been in it. A judge who has tried over a hundred cases understands evidence, procedure, and human testimony from the inside — and can act decisively when the stakes are highest.
Integrity
Trust in the courts is earned one decision at a time. Integrity means following the law wherever it leads, treating every person with dignity, and guarding the public’s confidence in justice itself.
The Court of Common Pleas is where neighbors, families, and businesses come to resolve the most important disputes of their lives. The people who stand before the bench are often facing the hardest moment they have ever known. They deserve a judge who has already seen the full range of what a courtroom can hold.
That kind of judgment cannot be learned in a seminar or read in a textbook. It is forged in trial after trial — in examining witnesses, ruling on evidence under pressure, and weighing the credibility of real human beings in real time. After more than a hundred jury trials at the state and federal levels, I bring that readiness to the bench on day one.
